7:00-10:00pm – Welcome Party. Please join us after your dinner for evening cocktails at one of our favorite hidden gems. Sneaky Tiki Bar - 17 Via De Luna Drive, Pensacola Beach, FL. The Sneaky Tiki is a hidden gem off the beaten path. It is an outdoor bar located within the Pensacola Beach RV Resort directly on the water. First drink and light snacks are on us. Attire is “beachy casual”, but feel free to join the groom and his family who will be wearing their Welsch kilts with your own kilt or coordinating attire.

Sunday, May 11th

Wedding Ceremony & Cocktail Celebration

The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm on a secluded section of beach located east of most of the accommodations at CR-399, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561 with coordinates of 30.35759° N, 87.00502° W (weather permitting). There is plentiful parking and public restroom facilities. In case of rain, the ceremony will be at Pier Suite (address below). Please check for updates on this website.

Getting to the ceremony: You can either drive to and from the ceremony and reception by car or join us on a Trolley that has been reserved just for this occasion. For those driving, please plan to arrive at the ceremony site no later than 4:15.

Schedule of events

3:40 – Trolley departs for the wedding site which is approximately 15 minutes east of the reception venue (Pier Suite).

If you choose to take the Trolley, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure times for the four (4) pick-up locations listed below. Departure times are approximate. There are two Trolleys running 5 minutes apart to accommodate the size of our party.

3:40 & 3:45 – PIER SUITE (reception venue) located at

3:45 & 3:50 – PENSACOLA BEACH CLUB located at

18 Via De Luna Drive, Pensacola Beach, FL

3:50 & 3:55 – EMERALD ISLE CONDOS located at

22 Via De Luna Drive, Pensacola Beach, FL

4:00 & 4:05 – PORTOFINO CONDOS located at

10 Portofino Drive, Pensacola Beach, FL

4:30 – 5:00 – Wedding Ceremony. When you arrive, kick off your shoes and feel free to sit on either side.

5:00 – 6:30 – Cocktail Celebration on the beach. Please join us for a post wedding celebration and pictures at the same section of beach as the wedding ceremony. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served right on the beach for us to enjoy while our toes are in the sand, and the sun begins to set. There will be public restroom facilities and chairs for those wishing to sit.

6:30 – Depart the beach and head to the reception, either by car or Trolley.

Reception

The reception will take place at Pier Suite located at 41 FORT PICKENS ROAD, PENSACOLA BEACH FL. 32561. This will also serve as a backup location for the wedding ceremony in case the weather does not cooperate. At the Pier Suite you can expect a beautiful and panoramic view of the beach as well as wonderful food, drinks and dancing.

Drinks will be served beginning at 6:30pm. The reception officially begins at 7:00pm and ends at 11:00pm. Trolley service back to hotels/condos will be available. The first trolley departs at 10:15, with the last trolley leaving shortly after the reception ends.
